These Terms apply to you individually, andthey apply in addition to your employer’s travel policy.
(d) No rights under the Client Agreement. These Terms do not make a traveler aparty to a Client Agreement, do not give a traveler rights under it, and do notmake a traveler responsible for a Client’s obligations.
(e) Other documents. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is a notice, not part of this contract. If you use a feature that has itsown terms, such as a specific supplier’s terms, those terms also apply to thatfeature.

(d) Credentials. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share them, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your credentials, except to the extent it results from our negligence.
(e) Corporate access. If you access the Service through a Client, your access may be changed or ended on the Client’s instructions, including when your employment ends.
(f) Suspension. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe it is needed to prevent fraud, protect security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

(c) Code share flights. A flight may be sold under one airline’s name and operated by another. Your confirmation identifies the operating carrier, and the operating carrier provides the transportation.
(d) Supplier acts and changes. Suppliers may change schedules, cancel, or fail to perform. We are not responsible for a supplier’s acts or omissions, except tothe extent caused by our own negligence or breach of these Terms or applicable law. When a supplier cancels or significantly changes a trip, refunds and rebooking follow applicable law and supplier policy, and we will pass through refunds we receive as Section 8 describes.
(a) General information only. Entry requirements, visa and vaccination information, safety and weather notices, and links to third-party tools are provided for convenience. They may be incomplete or out of date, and they are not legal, medical, immigration, tax, or security advice.
(b) Check official sources. Before you travel, confirm requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate, the official government source for each country on your itinerary, and, for health questions, your own medical provider. Requirements vary by passport, residence, and itinerary, including connections.
(c) Your decisions. You are responsible for decisions you make about your travel. This Section does not excuse a misstatement we knowingly make, and it is subject to Section 14(d).
(d) Aircraft cabin treatment. Some countries may require an airline to treat the cabin with insecticide before or during a flight. Where your trip goes to such a country, your confirmation says so and refers you to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s information at transportation.gov.
(a) Documents. Each traveler is responsible for holding the documents the trip requires, including a valid passport (many countries require validity beyond the return date, so check each one), visas for the destination and for connections, health or vaccination documentation, and acceptable identification for domestic flights, such as a Real ID or another TSA-accepted ID. Check tsa.gov/real-idfor current rules.
(b) Names and traveler data. The name on a ticket must match the traveler’s identification. Date of birth, gender, and document details must be correct for airline and government security screening.
(c) Before and during travel. Check in on time, arrive at the airport within the airline’s recommended window, review alerts and schedule changes, and keep yourcontact details current so we can reach you.
(d) If you are denied boarding or entry. If you cannot board or enter a country because of your documents, the traveler bears the resulting costs. We will try to help but cannot guarantee a result.
(a) Review window. Review your itinerary when you receive it and tell us about any error by close of business Eastern Time on the day of ticketing. Contact details are in the support section of your itinerary.
(b) Errors we cause. If an error was caused by us and you report it within the review window, we will work to correct it, and we will cover any correction fee we are responsible for, subject to the airline’s rules.
(c) After the window. Airline rules and fees may limit or charge for corrections after ticketing, including name changes. We will help on request, and the fees fall on the traveler or the Client as applicable.
(d) Your other rights. This window does not shorten any right you have under law or under a supplier’s terms, including any airline policy that allows changes or cancellation within a set period after booking.
(a) Baggage. Baggage allowances and fees vary by airline, route, fare, and frequent flyer status, and the airline sets and charges them. Your confirmation links to the airline’s baggage information for each flight, including the free allowance and the fees for a carry-on bag and the first and second checked bags. Check it before you travel.
(b) Check-in times. Airlines and airports set recommended and required check-in and arrival times, which differ by departing city. Check the airline’s website foryour departing city. You are responsible for arriving in time.
(c) Other airline rules. Seat assignment, ID, no-show, and change rules are set bythe airline. Where this Section and your confirmation differ on baggage information for a specific flight, the confirmation and the airline’s current policy control.
(a) Ourfees. Our service fees are shown before you book, in the fee schedule your Client Agreement or account sets out. Fees are in addition to the price of travel, taxes, and supplier charges.
(b) Payment. You authorize us to charge the payment method designated for the booking, including later charges for exchanges, supplier penalties, and fare differences that result from changes you make.
(c) Cancellation and change terms. The fare rules and any change fee, cancellation penalty, or deadline to keep ticket value are stated in your confirmation and in the supplier’s terms. A “non-refundable” fare can still be refunded where a supplier cancels or significantly changes your trip, as applicable law requires.
(d) Refunds. We pass refunds we receive from suppliers on to you within the time applicable law requires. As merchant of record, we handle refunds as the law requires.
(e) Our fees are non-refundable, except where law requires a refund or where we cancel or cannot provide the service. Nothing in this Section limits a refund right you have under federal or state law.

(a) Electronic delivery. You agree that we may deliver itineraries, statements, disclosures, and notices to you electronically, by email, through the Service, or in your account. (d) Copyright complaints. Send notices to the Legal contact in Section 15.
(a) Third parties. The Service links to and works with suppliers, distribution systems, payment processors, and other third parties. We do not control them, a link is not an endorsement, and their own terms and privacy practices apply towhat they handle.
(b) Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it. If you travel under a Client’s program, the Client generally decides how your traveler data is used, as the Privacy Policy explains.
(a) As available. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Supplier content, fares, and availability can change without notice.
(b) Excluded damages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

(e) Suppliers. Section 3(d) governs our responsibility for supplier acts and omissions.
(f) Locallaw. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so those apply to you only to the extent the law of your location permits.
(a) Indemnity. If you misuse the Service in violation of Section 11, or make fraudulent or unauthorized purchases, you will indemnify us against third-party claims that result. A traveler using the Service in the ordinary course under a Client’s program is not otherwise responsible for the Client’s indemnity obligations.
(b) Changes. We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email orin the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, or sooner where needed for security or to comply with law. (d) Export and sanctions. The Service is operated from the United States. You will comply with U.S. export control and sanctions laws and the laws of the places where you use the Service.
(e) Governing law and courts. Michigan law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state courts in Oakland County, Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and each of us consents to their jurisdiction. This does not limit consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your residence.
(f) General. These Terms, the applicable Client Agreement, the fee schedule, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement on their subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
